Description

The vehicle depicted in this R/C assembly kit recreates the first-generation FORD Bronco on the cross-country CC-02 chassis. The first-generation Ford Bronco was relatively compact and extremely capable off-road, and this 4WD vehicle participated in numerous races thanks to custom fabrication teams of the day. The Baja Bronco edition was sold from 1971 to 1975 to commemorate its victories in prestigious Baja race events such as the Baja 500 and 1000. The Baja edition had a white and red body with a blue roof and black hood plus reinforced components such as suspension. This special Bronco enjoys great popularity even to this day!

CC-02 Chassis - Off Road, Evolved
Designed for a wide range of off-road scenes including rocky terrain, the CC-02 chassis' ladder frame is inspired by full-size vehicles and is the base for its superior durability. A 4WD setup employs the motor longitudinally behind the front axle with separated gearbox and transfer case, and propeller shafts transmitting power to the differential gears front and rear. Four-link rigid suspension is employed front and rear, with CVA oil dampers for all-encompassing control, even on tricky rock sections. This model comes with spoke wheels and semi-pneumatic rubber tires.

• Lightweight, durable polycarbonate body.
• The distinctive color scheme with red, white, and blue requires painting from the builder.

• The CC-02 chassis has a ladder frame, which was inspired by full-size vehicles, provides both rigidity and allows stable performance even on tricky rocky and dirt roads.
• 5-spoke wheels are paired with block pattern tires.
• Includes short propeller shafts.
• Includes ESC and 540-Type brushed motor.
• Required to complete: 2-channel radio, steering servo, 7.2-7.4volt battery with compatible charger, and Tamiya PS polycarbonate paint.
